From raw material to a packed, documented lot.
Our production is built around dry processing: milling, screening, blending, coating, and packing. Each stage has a written procedure and a record that follows the lot.
Production stages
(a) / In-house
Raw material intake
Incoming materials are identified, recorded against their supplier documentation, and held until released for production.
Milling & screening
Dry grinding and screening to the particle-size range stated on the product specification.
Dry blending
Batch and continuous blending with in-process checks on uniformity and weight.
Coating & encapsulation
Coated systems produced against an agreed carrier and release profile for dry-mix applications.
Packing
Packed into sacks, pails, cartons, or totes with lot marking applied at the point of packing.
Release & dispatch
Finished lots are checked against specification and released with their documentation before dispatch.
Custom production
(b) / Contract work
We take on customer-specific formulations where the target specification, carrier, particle size, and packaging format are agreed in writing first. Development runs are produced at small scale and reviewed with you before any full production batch.
Because these lines are developed per customer, they are supplied under quotation rather than sold from the catalog.
