Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched from 15313 Pinellas Ave, Dade City, FL 33523. Catalog lines are typically ready within 5–14 business days; custom production is scheduled with your quotation.

Freight charges

Shipping is not included in catalog prices. Freight is quoted once the delivery address, packaging format, and quantity are confirmed, and is shown on your order confirmation before payment is taken.

Carriers and delivery

We ship by LTL or full-truckload carriers, or on your nominated carrier account. Appointment deliveries are arranged where your site requires them. Unloading equipment at the delivery point is the receiver's responsibility.

Title and risk

Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide. Title passes on receipt of payment in full.

International shipments

Export orders are handled case by case. Duties, taxes, and import clearance are the importer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
