Quality & food safety
Checked at intake, checked at release.
Our controls are practical and documented: identify what comes in, run to a written specification, check what goes out, and keep the record.

Controls
- Specifications
- Every catalog line has a written specification covering appearance, composition, format, and storage.
- Raw material intake
- Incoming materials are identified and recorded against supplier documentation before use.
- In-process checks
- Uniformity, particle size, and weight are checked during production runs.
- Lot traceability
- Lots are marked at packing so any shipment can be traced back through production.
- Release
- Finished lots are checked against specification before they are released for dispatch.
- Retained samples
- Samples are retained for the shelf life of the lot for investigation if needed.
Product information & labeling
(a) / Documentation
Each shipment is supplied with product information covering the ingredient statement, allergen information where applicable, net quantity, lot marking, storage conditions, and manufacturer details.
Allergen status is assessed per formulation. Where a formulation contains an allergen, or is produced on equipment shared with allergen-containing materials, that is stated on the specification sheet.
No certification claims. We do not claim FDA approval, GMP certification, organic certification, or any other certification on this website. Where you need specific documentation for your own program or audit, ask us and we will confirm in writing what we can provide.
Regulatory status of an ingredient depends on the material and its intended use. Confirm suitability for your finished product and market before use.
