These terms apply to use of this website and to the supply of goods by Insight Art Solutions LLC unless a separate signed agreement applies.

Orders

Placing an order through this website is an offer to purchase. A contract forms only when we send written confirmation. We may decline an order, for example where stock, minimum quantities, or suitability for your application cannot be met.

Prices and payment

Prices shown exclude shipping and applicable taxes, and may change before confirmation. Payment is by secure payment link issued by email or by invoice on approved account terms.

Specifications and suitability

Product information describes the material as supplied. The buyer is responsible for determining whether an ingredient is suitable and lawful for their finished product, process, and market, including labeling of the finished product.

Delivery and risk

Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide. Shortage or visible damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported within 5 business days.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability in respect of any order is limited to the price paid for the goods supplied under that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
