Refund & cancellation policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no charge before it enters production or picking. Once a custom formulation has started production, it cannot be cancelled, because the material is made to your specification.

Returns

Food ingredients are only accepted back where the goods are unopened, within shelf life, and stored as stated on the specification sheet. Contact us before returning anything; returns sent without prior agreement cannot be accepted, because we cannot verify storage conditions.

Damaged, short, or non-conforming shipments

Note damage or shortage on the delivery paperwork and tell us within 5 business days. If material does not conform to its specification, we will investigate using the retained sample and lot records, and replace, credit, or refund the affected goods.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as an account credit for invoiced orders, normally within 10 business days of the return or resolution being agreed.
